If you choose to have your tickets shipped, the United States Postal Service will be used. Tickets sent via USPS can be sent only to the verified billing address within the U.S. or Canada. If your billing address is outside of the United States and Canada, then please see Will Call / International Will Call for US Events. Please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. In some cases, it may take longer. If you don't receive your tickets within 3 business days of the event, then please call the box office at 414-342-7283 for information on how to proceed.
Tickets purchased within 14 days of an event will NOT be mailed, and will be waiting for you at the box office.
The Rave is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail due insufficient or incorrect addresses.
The Rave offers a "Will Call" Box Office, through which you can pick your tickets up right at the event prior to the show. If you were able to choose Will Call for your tickets, then it is available for your event. You may pick up your tickets at will call any time during regular business hours starting two business days after you place your order. Regular business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and until 10pm on show nights.
In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:
*Your valid state (if a resident of the United States) photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
*The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
*Your confirmation number.
The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
If you are purchasing tickets for another person, please tell our phone order operator or include that in the notes of the online order so we know it is okay to release the tickets to that person. You can also use the receiving person's name as the "Ship To" name to ensure their name is on the ticket order. If you're purchasing for a family member, as long as that family member's ID has the same last name and address as the purchaser, we can release the tickets to them.
